Pregnancy (Prenatal) Massage

Allowing time for self-care is important during pregnancy. Pregnancy massage can help reduce everyday stress and address specific areas of tension of discomfort. Beyond the first trimester, pregnancy massage is given in side-lying and supported reclining positions. Learn more about the benefits of prenatal massage.

Postnatal Massage

You have a beautiful new baby and are parenting full time, adjusting to new activities like breastfeeding and caring for your newborn. Massage helps with recovery from the birth, reducing stress and anxiety and speeding the healing process. Postnatal massage can help relieve back and neck strain, soreness and fatigue from the birth, and with restoring your body to it's non-pregnant state. You may find emotional support in creating stress-free time for yourself, as well.

Allow time to rest and recover from the birth before coming in for a massage. It's up to you how long to wait, and generally appropriate from two weeks forward from the birth. If you are unable to leave home, you may consider a house call instead of an office visit.

Deep Tissue Massage

Kerry often incorporates Deep Tissue techniques into her massage sessions, and you may request a complete Deep Tissue session. These techniques are designed to target specific areas of tension (such as trigger points) and help with chronic muscle tension or postural issues.

Essential Oils Massage

Essential oils are offered as an addition to massage sessions. In an essential oils massage, high-grade therapeutic oils are used to address clients specific needs, and a personalized blend is created for each session.
